Trudge is a season of small daily Rules, walked one Day at a time with Addie the penguin. Miss a Day and it becomes a Storm. Then you keep walking. You never start over.

The one rule about Rules
Nothing resets.
Most apps send you back to Day 1 the moment you slip. Trudge doesn’t. A missed Day turns into a Storm on your Trail, and the Trudge carries on. The Mountains are still there. So are you.

The first Footprint after a Storm is a Comeback, and it earns double Aura. Coming back is worth more than never leaving. It is also harder.

Storms, not resets
Miss a Day and it becomes a Storm. Know one is coming? Take a Sheltered Storm in advance. Either way, nobody sends you back to the start.
Widgets and Lock Screen
Leave today’s Footprint from the interactive Home Screen widget. Check the Trail from your Lock Screen. You don’t have to open the app. You do have to do the thing.
Pledge with a Witness
Sign a Pledge when you set out. Name a Witness if you want someone watching. Send them the invitation. Now it’s awkward to quit.
